Refund Policy

Effective date: 25 September 2026
Last updated: 25 September 2026

This policy covers Normascope Cloud subscriptions and credit packs. Normascope is operated by Harsha Attray, trading as Yutic. Normascope Cloud is not on sale yet; this policy applies to every purchase once checkout opens.

Refunds and your rights

We do not offer an additional money-back guarantee. We consider voluntary refund requests individually for the affected purchase. This does not limit refunds or withdrawal rights required by applicable law or available under Paddle's terms, including rights concerning defective or misdescribed services.

Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to payments. Paddle may independently approve a refund under those terms, without our approval. Applicable statutory rights and Paddle's terms take precedence over any conflicting wording in this policy.

Paddle's policy explains applicable withdrawal periods and its discretionary refund process. Contact Paddle promptly within the applicable period; our review does not extend or replace that period. Using credits does not by itself remove a mandatory refund or withdrawal right.

How to ask

Email help@normascope.com from the address you bought with. Include:

  • the order number from your Paddle receipt; and
  • why you are asking.

You can also request a refund or exercise applicable withdrawal rights directly through Paddle support or the support link in your receipt. You do not need our permission to contact Paddle. Never send card numbers or other payment credentials by email.

What an approved refund changes

Paddle processes refunds to the original payment method where possible, under the timing and conditions in its Refund Policy.

- A full refund removes unspent credits from that purchase. Credits already spent remain recorded as usage; this does not reduce a refund you are legally entitled to receive. - A full refund of a subscription payment ends the access that payment provided. A newer paid subscription period is not affected by a refund of an earlier payment. - A partial refund alone does not remove credits or end subscription access. If refunds for the same purchase together reach its full price, the full-refund effects above apply. Normal credit expiry and subscription cancellation rules still apply.

Cancelling is not a refund

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless that payment is fully refunded. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund that period. Cancel from Billing, use the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, or contact help@normascope.com or Paddle support for help.

Expired credits

Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing month. Pack credits expire 12 months after purchase or when the organization is deleted, whichever comes first. An inactive subscription freezes spending but does not pause expiry. Expiry or deletion alone does not create an automatic refund entitlement; your statutory rights and rights under Paddle's terms remain unchanged.

See the Terms of Service for access, retention and organization deletion details.
