How credits work
You pay for what was measured
Credits are shared by the whole organization. Your plan’s credits arrive at the start of each billing month.
Running out never stops an upload. Runs still publish, and today’s report and share links still work. The history view pauses until you add credits or your next month starts, and then runs uploaded in between are available if they have not expired or been deleted.

Credit packs
Extra credits, when a month runs long
One-time purchases on top of a subscription. Pack credits last 12 months or until organization deletion, whichever comes first. They are used after your monthly credits. A pack needs an active subscription to buy and to spend.

Before you decide
- Can I buy it today?
- Not yet. Normascope Cloud is in private preview and checkout is not open. These are the prices it opens at. Join early access and we’ll write once, when it does.
- What about tax?
- Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Any tax that applies is added and shown before you pay.
- Who takes the payment?
- Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice and sales tax. Your card details go to Paddle, not to us.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. The free CLI is the way to try Normascope, and it stays free.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel any time from Billing. The subscription stops renewing, and everything keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Do you give refunds?
- We offer no additional money-back guarantee. Statutory rights and Paddle’s refund terms apply. Read the Refund Policy.
- What happens when a subscription ends?
- Uploads, AI explanations and credit spending stop. Remaining reports stay readable and exportable, but each run still expires under the normal 90-day retention limit. After 90 days the organization and its remaining credits are deleted. Resubscribing before then restores paid access to remaining data and unexpired credits; it cannot recover deleted data or expired credits.
- Does the free CLI change?
- No. Comparing, scoring and the local report stay free and complete on your own machine. Cloud adds what a single run cannot keep.
